No surprises. These are the primary terms that apply to your 2027 WeRoam Training Camp enrollment. Read them before you purchase, and you'll receive your specific agreement to review and sign after booking.
WeRoam Training Camps are immersive motorcycle training experiences designed around rider development.
Depending on your program and training level, activities may include motorcycle riding, trail riding, coaching, mechanical training, navigation, emergency-response practice, leadership, team activities and other training connected to motorcycle activities.
Your Training Camp includes the training and coaching associated with your enrolled program, use of a WeRoam motorcycle and fuel during scheduled Training Camp activities, accommodations, meals provided as part of the Training Camp itinerary, and scheduled transportation between the designated Kelowna pick-up/drop-off location and the Training Camp property.
Your specific program materials will identify any additional inclusions associated with your Training Camp.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, your Training Camp fee does not include travel to and from Kelowna, British Columbia, airfare, personal travel expenses, travel or cancellation insurance, medical or emergency expenses, or personal purchases and incidental expenses.
Previous motorcycle riding experience is not required. Beginner/Foundation Week is specifically designed for women who may have little or no previous motorcycle experience. A WeRoam motorcycle, fuel and required motorcycle riding gear are provided for use during Training Camp at no additional charge.
Your program matters. Experience requirements, training objectives and some inclusions may vary depending on the Training Camp you are attending. Your signed agreement will identify the terms applicable to your enrollment.
The same cancellation, refund and transfer policy applies whether you Pay in Full or use a Payment Plan.
Refund and Training Camp credit eligibility is determined by the number of calendar days between the date WeRoam receives your cancellation or transfer request and your scheduled Training Camp start date.
Cancel within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase and receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid.
Choose a cash refund of all amounts paid in excess of $1,500, or apply 100% of the amount you've paid as Training Camp credit toward another eligible WeRoam Training Camp.
No cash refund is available. 100% of amounts paid may be applied as credit toward another eligible WeRoam Training Camp, subject to a $250 transfer fee.
All amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future Training Camp. No cash refund or Training Camp credit is available.
More than 180 days out: If you choose the cash refund option, the first $1,500 of amounts paid is non-refundable. If you have paid $1,500 or less, no cash refund is available. You may instead choose to apply 100% of the amount paid as Training Camp credit.
Once you elect Training Camp credit instead of a cash refund, that election is final. Training Camp credit has no cash value and cannot later be converted to or exchanged for a cash refund.
This remains true if you later cancel the Training Camp to which your credit was applied or request another transfer. A subsequent cancellation or transfer does not create or restore eligibility for a cash refund.
Choosing Training Camp credit means choosing credit instead of cash. Once that choice is made, the credit cannot later be turned back into a cash refund.
Failure to attend Training Camp, late arrival, voluntary early departure, or choosing not to participate in scheduled activities does not entitle a participant to a refund or Training Camp credit.
We strongly recommend cancellation insurance. Unexpected things happen. Appropriate travel and cancellation insurance can help protect expenses that are not recoverable under these terms.
Your exact price and payment schedule are shown when you purchase. The cancellation, refund and transfer policy above applies regardless of payment method.
If you choose Pay in Full, you authorize WeRoam Training LTD to charge the full Training Camp price, plus applicable taxes, at the time of purchase.
Your specific Training Camp price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
If you choose a Payment Plan, you authorize WeRoam Training LTD to automatically charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule selected at enrollment.
Your specific initial payment, payment amount, number of payments and payment schedule will be identified as part of your purchase and participant agreement.
Transferring or rescheduling your Training Camp does not automatically cancel, reduce or otherwise alter your remaining scheduled payments.
Participants using a Payment Plan are responsible for keeping scheduled payments current.
If a scheduled payment fails, WeRoam will make reasonable efforts to notify the participant and provide an opportunity to bring the account current.
If two consecutive scheduled payments remain outstanding, WeRoam reserves the right to cancel the Training Camp reservation and release the participant's spot. Amounts already paid remain subject to the Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy above.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or are otherwise authorized to use the payment method provided.
Charges made according to the payment terms authorized at enrollment are authorized charges.
Different Training Camps are designed for different stages of rider development.
Participants are responsible for accurately representing their riding experience, physical capabilities and other information requested during the application and enrollment process.
Where previous riding experience is required for a particular Training Camp, participants are expected to possess the minimum riding experience communicated during the application and acceptance process.
Participants enrolled in Beginner/Foundation Week are not required to have previous motorcycle riding experience. Instruction in basic motorcycle operation and foundational riding skills is part of the program.
Training activities are voluntary. However, choosing not to participate may affect WeRoam's ability to assess a participant's riding, progression or suitability for subsequent programs.
Attending Training Camp does not guarantee selection for a future WeRoam expedition. Expedition participation is assessed separately, and WeRoam reserves the right to make final team-selection decisions.
We take the training seriously. We also take the environment we create for the women attending seriously.
Motorcycling and off-road riding involve inherent risks. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions, coaching direction and Training Camp rules.
Participants may not participate in riding activities while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs or any substance that makes riding unsafe.
Reckless riding, aggressive or abusive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, conduct that endangers another person, serious misconduct, or repeated failure to follow safety instructions may result in restriction or immediate termination of participation.
Removal for safety or misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund or Training Camp credit.
If a participant is dismissed for safety or conduct reasons, early return transportation and associated expenses are the participant's responsibility.
Know what's covered — and what remains your responsibility.
Normal wear and tear and accidental damage associated with ordinary Training Camp participation are expected and will not ordinarily result in a charge to the participant.
WeRoam reserves the right to hold a participant responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, reckless conduct, unauthorized use of motorcycles or equipment, or material failure to follow safety or operating instructions.
Required motorcycle riding gear is provided at no additional charge for participants enrolled in Beginner/Foundation Week. Gear requirements or availability for other programs will be communicated as part of the applicable Training Camp information.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate medical and travel insurance for their circumstances.
Participants travelling from outside Canada should ensure they have appropriate coverage for medical expenses incurred in Canada. Travel and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Medical, evacuation, transportation, hospital or other emergency expenses incurred on behalf of a participant are the participant's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Participants authorize WeRoam to seek emergency assistance where WeRoam reasonably believes it is necessary and the participant is unable to provide instructions.
Participants should communicate food allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. WeRoam will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, but participants remain responsible for managing their own restrictions and preferences.
Motorcycle training happens in the real world. Weather, safety and operational circumstances can affect plans.
WeRoam may make reasonable changes to instructors, motorcycles, accommodations, routes, schedules, activities or other program elements where necessary due to safety, weather, trail conditions, mechanical issues, operational requirements or circumstances beyond WeRoam's reasonable control.
If WeRoam cancels a Training Camp and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, credit or refund of amounts paid for the cancelled program.
WeRoam is not responsible for participant expenses incurred outside the Training Camp fee, including airfare, hotels, transportation or other travel arrangements.
This is another reason we recommend travel and cancellation insurance. Travel booked separately from your Training Camp is not part of your Training Camp fee.
Training Camp is frequently photographed and filmed.
Participants grant WeRoam permission to photograph, film and record Training Camp activities and to use images or recordings containing the participant for WeRoam's marketing, educational, promotional and social-media purposes.
Participants with a specific privacy or safety concern should notify WeRoam in writing before Training Camp so reasonable accommodations can be discussed.
Training materials, curriculum, instructional content and other proprietary WeRoam materials remain the intellectual property of WeRoam Training LTD and may not be commercially reproduced, distributed or used to provide competing instruction without written permission.
WeRoam collects personal information for purposes including application, registration, Training Camp operations, communication, payment administration and safety.
Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary for Training Camp operations and is otherwise handled in accordance with WeRoam's applicable privacy practices.
Your signed participant agreement contains the complete terms applicable to your Training Camp enrollment.
If you believe a charge has been made incorrectly, you agree to contact WeRoam promptly and provide WeRoam with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Charges made in accordance with the payment terms authorized at enrollment are authorized charges.
In response to a payment dispute or chargeback, WeRoam may provide the signed agreement, payment authorization, payment records, enrollment records, communications and other relevant documentation to its payment processor, financial institution or card issuer.
Your Training Camp agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
Motorcycle riding and related Training Camp activities involve inherent risks. Participants are required to review and sign WeRoam's applicable Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before participation.
The waiver is a separate legal document from this pre-purchase summary and from the Training Camp Terms & Agreement.
After booking, you will receive the applicable WeRoam Training LTD Terms & Agreement for your payment method, together with the applicable Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement.
